MONDAY
August 4^th

Day 1 - Monday, Aug 4th, 2025 - Embassy Suites Hotel - Lincoln, NE

3:00pm – 6:00pm       Registration - Embassy Suites

5:00pm – 6:00pm       Executive Committee Meeting

5:00pm – 6:00pm       Vendor set-up (will be open during reception)

6:00pm – 9:00pm    Welcome Embassy Suites, HEAVY hors d'oeuvres (provided)
(Food Served 6pm - 8pm) (Cash bar - 2 free drink tickets included)

TUESDAY
August 5^th

Day 2 - Tuesday, August 5th, 2025 - Embassy Suites Hotel - Lincoln, NE
Breakfast, on your own (Breakfast buffet is included if staying at Embassy Suites)

8:00am – 8:15am Load buses to Lauritzen Gardens/Zoo tours Omaha, NE

11:30 pm – 12:30 pm Lunch (provided) onsite at Lauritzen Gardens

4:45pm – 5:00 pm Load buses to return to Embassy Suites, (Dinner is on your own)

WEDNESDAY
August 6^th

Day 3 - Wednesday, August 6th, 2025 - Embassy Suites Hotel - Lincoln, NE

Breakfast, on your own (Breakfast buffet is included if staying at Embassy Suites)

8:00am – 8:15am Load buses for the morning tours
Beadle Center, East Campus, Innovation Campus greenhouses, etc.

12:00pm – 1:00pm Lunch (provided), University of Nebraska, East Campus
Load buses for the afternoon tours
Beadle Center, East Campus, Innovation Campus greenhouses, etc.

6:00 pm – 9:00pm Dinner (provided) Embassy Suites Hotel, AERGC Anniversary Recognition

THURSDAY

8:30am – 9:30am Travel grant talks, Presentations, Business Meeting, Plant Swap

11:30am – 1:30pm Lunch (grab and go provided) / meeting concludes

AERGC is an all volunteer operated organization. Modest member dues defray costs with the production of our quarterly newsletter, our online forum and administration of our website. The organization is aimed at supporting educational greenhouse users and the industry involved with institutional greenhouses. Please have a look at our mission statement.

A unique relationship has developed between the AERGC and the greenhouse industry. Being a sponsor of the AERGC's Annual Meeting is mutually beneficial. The Annual Meeting provides a comfortable setting for personal and professional interaction between our members and you, as one of our corporate sponsors. Our Annual Meeting cannot continue to be a success without your support.

We seek sponsors to assist in costs for our annual meeting which brings those involved in institutional greenhouses together for three days. At these meetings it is common to find administrator, greenhouse engineer and vendor all working together to solve specific needs of the industry.

There are no defined contribution levels as companies of varying sizes have differing ranges of discretionary funds. Typical sponsorships range from $500 to $1500 USD.
